Born and raised in Arizona, McKenzie grew up writing music, singing and playing piano.​ A strong mental health advocate, she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at the age of 15 and demonstrates a passion for being a strong voice for those who suffer in silence, encouraging bravery, perseverance and open conversation about mental health struggles. At twenty four, she decided to start setting her dreams in motion.Collecting some of her original content, she's creating a debut album to pave her way into the world of the music industry.
